Volunteer

Volunteering is a great way to get involved with the Green Party. Some current (2007 November) volunteer opportunities include the following:

• We are already starting to plan for state-wide petitioning for 2008. We expect to need something like 30,000 signatures across the state to gain ballot access for state-wide candidates and regain our status on voter registration cards.
• If you are a college student interested in helping with a Campus Greens group, email info at gpoac.org.

Register Green!

All voters registered as "Green" in Allegheny County are members of the Green Party of Allegheny County and may vote at General Assembly Meetings (typically held monthly). To join, simply register
to vote (online form from the state), indicating Green Party, or change your registration to the Green Party using the same form.

Supporters of the Green Party who are registered in other parties or as independents are also welcome to attend meetings, participate in discussion, and volunteer.
